Our office is typically open from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. However, if you would like to book early in the morning, in the evening, or on a weekend, let us know and we can make accommodations.
We are located at 126 Water St. on the 2nd Floor in Port Perry, ON, across from Palmer Park and Lake Scugog. We are approximately 30 minutes from Ajax, Brooklin, and Oshawa, and less than an hour away from Clarington, Pickering, Lindsay and Peterborough.
Yes, we are an accessible office and meeting space. While we are located on the second floor, we do have ramp access available from our back parking lot and an accessible washroom on site. Please connect with us if you have any questions about the size of our spaces or if there’s anything we can do to help with your booking.
Yes, we have free parking available in a shared lot behind our building. If it is full, there is free street parking on Water Street, as well as free parking in lots near Queen Street and Mary Street.
Yes, from 9 am to 5 pm, one of our team members will be on site and can support and assist you during your booking. For rentals outside of these hours, we will be in touch with you to make arrangements.
No matter what space you are in, you will have access to a strong, reliable 5G WiFi connection.
Each space at The Loft comes equipped with ergonomic seating, high-speed WiFi, free printer access, office supplies, and free light refreshments, like coffee, tea, and pastries.
In addition to high-speed internet and printing access, we also have a large HD television with HDMI and wireless casting. The TV comes with our Boardroom rental but it can be requested for other bookings.
Our Private Office and Therapy Suite seat up to 3 people. Our Small Meeting Room seats up to 4 people. Our Boardroom seats up to 12 people. Our Event Space can accommodate up to 25 people.
Our Therapy Suite is designed specifically for therapists to host virtual or in-person therapy sessions. It has comfortable couch seating, relaxing decor, and a sound machine for ultimate privacy.
Yes, our staff can direct any guests you are expecting to our event space, which has comfortable seating where they can wait.
You will not share your specific space rental with any other bookings. Only our common spaces, like our kitchenette and washroom, are shared between all bookings.
Yes! Our full-day rates are automatically discounted compared to booking the same amount of time on an hourly basis.
Yes, we do have pricing available for non-profits and charitable organizations. Please connect with our team to inquire about these rates.
While we rent our workspaces on an hourly and daily basis, we can discuss other options based on the type of environment you are looking for, whether that’s a temporary office space or a regular half-day, weekly, or monthly booking.
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that life happens. Let us know if something has come up around your booking and we will help find a solution.
Yes, you are welcome to bring in outside food for your space rental and will have access to our refrigerator and microwave.
We have coffee, tea, water, soft drinks, sparkling water, breakfast bars, fruit, and baked goods, like muffins or croissants, available. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know before your booking so we can accommodate where possible.
Located in the heart of Port Perry, The Loft is just steps away from amazing restaurants, coffee shops, stores and boutiques. During a lunch or work break, we recommend soaking up incredible views at Palmer Park and exploring all that Port Perry has to offer.
Absolutely - we love showcasing all the incredible businesses located in Port Perry, North Durham and beyond! Promote what you do on our business card wall or connect with us further to explore a partnership opportunities. If you book an event here, we can also help spread the word on our The Loft social media accounts.
