The Loft is located on the second floor of 126 Water St. We're fully wheelchair accessible via a ramp on the north side of our building. Our parking lot is nestled in-behind the building with the west side dedicated to our clients. We have a shared kitchenette and accessible washroom available and all bookings include complimentary refreshments.

The Loft is located on the second floor of 126 Water St. in Port Perry. We have both stairs up from the street and ramp access from the parking lot, as well as an accessible washroom.
On-Site Parking
Helpful for busy park days, The Loft has private parking on the west side of our building with access to the front door from the ramp. There's also free street parking and a municipal parking lot right across the street for larger groups.
High Speed Internet
We operate our marketing agency, Dapple Creative Co., out of The Loft and fast wifi is non-negotiable! Our 5G internet is here for you when you need it.

Whether you're hosting an event or joining us for a private office or therapy suite session, we always have light breakfast items, coffee, tea and cold drinks ready for you and your group.

We think we have the best view of Lake Scugog! We're right across the street from the lakefront park for a refreshing stroll. If you're hungry or would like to take the team for lunch or dinner we're right above Pizza Pizza and steps to a selection of excellent restaurants whether you are looking for a light lunch, pub food or an indulgent dinner.
